1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.rxcompoundstore.com (the “Site”) and any pharmacy services provided by RXCOMPOUNDSTORE.COM, LLC (“Rx Compound Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. About Us

Rx Compound Store is a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy based in Miami, Florida. We prepare customized compounded medications and dispense prescription medications pursuant to valid prescriptions issued by a licensed prescriber. We are a member of the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA).

3. Nature of the Site — No Online Sales or E-Commerce Checkout

The Site is an informational resource. Rx Compound Store does not operate an online store, shopping cart, or e-commerce checkout, and no products or medications can be purchased directly through the Site. The Site does not sell over-the-counter products or accept online orders for direct fulfillment.

All medications are dispensed only pursuant to a valid prescription. Prescriptions are initiated and processed through the following channels:

  • In person at our pharmacy location;
  • By telephone;
  • By prescription transfer or refill request; or
  • Through a prescription submitted by your licensed healthcare provider or an affiliated telehealth provider.

4. Prescription Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. All compounded and prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber. We reserve the right to verify any prescription and to decline to fill any prescription in our professional judgment, consistent with applicable law and pharmacy practice standards. We currently serve patients only in states where we are licensed to dispense.

5. Payments and Billing

Payment for prescriptions and pharmacy services is collected at the time an order is placed or filled, as arranged directly with our pharmacy staff. Because the Site does not process online checkout, card payments are handled by our pharmacy team (for example, by phone or in person) through our authorized payment processor. You represent that any payment method you provide is valid and that you are authorized to use it.

Prices for compounded and prescription medications are quoted at the time of order and may vary based on formulation, strength, quantity, and other factors. All prices are subject to change without notice. Where applicable, we will coordinate benefits and assist in identifying financial assistance, but coverage and eligibility are determined by third parties and are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Where offered, medications may be delivered by local courier or shipped to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and for ensuring that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signature-required shipments. Risk of loss for shipped items passes upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. No Returns Policy

All sales of prescription and compounded medications are final. For the safety of all patients and in strict accordance with applicable federal and state law and Florida Board of Pharmacy regulations, dispensed prescription and compounded medications cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or resold once they have left the pharmacy. This applies without exception, as federal and state law prohibit the return of dispensed medications to pharmacy stock.

If you believe there is an error with your order, or if a medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at (786) 803-8947 promptly upon receipt. While dispensed medications cannot be returned, we will review any reported error or defect and, where appropriate and permitted by law, arrange a correction or replacement. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Privacy and Protected Health Information

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, and our handling of protected health information is governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and our Notice of Privacy Practices. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in those notices.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rx Compound Store and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from the professional practice of pharmacy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
